Nestlé Oceania has partnered with PMG Asia Pacific to create thoughtful welcome packs for new employees. Designed to help new starters feel genuinely welcomed to The Nest, these packs offer a selection of practical items they can use every day at work.

Our PMG Australia team supports Nestlé by carefully coordinating the sourcing, assembly and delivery of these boxes for new employees across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring everything arrives smoothly and consistently.

Inside the box, new employees will find a pen featuring Nestlé’s ‘Be a Good Force’ slogan, a notebook covered in 75% recycled leather, a Nestlé branded wireless charger crafted from FSC certified bamboo and a stainless steel Nespresso mug.

Australian staff are gifted a cotton tote bag featuring artwork by Brooke Sutton, winner of the Nestlé Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Youth Development Program (AYDP) Artwork Competition. Meanwhile, New Zealand employees are welcomed with a cotton tote bag created in collaboration with local artist Irena Velman.

Each box is designed to be recycled and comes finished with honeycomb wrapping paper and paper-based kraft tape.
