As the first-ever “Made in India” luxury electric vehicle, the 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS launch was a historic milestone for both Mercedes-Benz and India. As such, PMG Asia Pacific’s India team orchestrated an epic event with a seemingly impossible reveal stunt that defied gravity and everyone’s expectations.

This award-winning event marked India’s growing prominence in Mercedes-Benz's ecosystem and established PMG as the premier event architect for our client's most ambitious ventures in India.

2.6-ton
grand spectacle
For our jaw-dropping reveal, we vertically suspended the 2.6-ton EQS in mid-air. The 2022 Luxury Car of the Year dramatically descended without a platform or any support, embodying our event theme, “Straight from Heaven for the World”.

We worked with our most seasoned suppliers to execute this herculean feat, safely and in compliance with the stringent venue guidelines.

Blending style, innovation and technology, PMG embraced a strategy of sustainable luxury, ensuring every design element aligned with our client's vision for a greener future.  

Turning the stage into a runway, eco designer Kriti Tula presented a sartorial zero waste collection of designs upcycled from factory-discarded fabrics. Famous Bollywood actress and Benz collector Kareena Kapoor Khan was a showstopper in her sustainable Kriti Tula ensemble.
